What is Menovelle?
Menovelle is a natural dietary supplement designed to support women through all stages of menopause: perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause. Each capsule contains an optimally dosed proprietary blend of 10 functional mushrooms, cordyceps, reishi, shiitake, lion's mane, maitake, turkey tail, chaga, royal sun agaricus, white button and black fungus, that work together to support hormonal balance, mood, sleep, energy, a healthy weight and healthy aging. It is stimulant-free and non-GMO, with 60 capsules (a 30-day supply) per bottle.
The three stages of menopause
| Stage | Typical timing | Common experiences |
| Perimenopause | Usually 40s, lasting 4–8 years | Irregular periods, mood swings, poor sleep, first hot flashes |
| Menopause | 12 months without a period, average age 51 | Hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, belly weight |
| Postmenopause | The years after | Symptoms may ease; bone, heart and metabolic health need more care |
Perimenopause: when the changes begin
Perimenopause often starts quietly in the early to mid 40s. Estrogen and progesterone don't simply fall; they swing up and down, which is why moods, sleep and cycles can feel so unpredictable. Many women don't realize these changes are hormonal at first.
Menopause: the peak of the transition
Around the final period, hot flashes and night sweats often peak, sleep is disrupted and weight shifts toward the belly. Researchers have found that women with more severe hot flashes tend to gain the most belly fat, and fat tissue plays a role in how estrogen is stored and used.
Postmenopause: a new chapter
For many women, symptoms gradually ease after menopause, but with lower estrogen, heart, bone and metabolic health need more attention, and some symptoms can continue for years.
One formula for the whole journey
Because Menovelle combines 10 mushrooms with different strengths, it supports what matters at each stage: calm, mood and energy (reishi, lion's mane, cordyceps), hormonal balance and metabolism (white button, maitake, shiitake, royal sun agaricus) and protection and resilience (chaga, turkey tail, black fungus).
Who it is for
Women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, whether noticing the first signs of perimenopause or years past their final period. Women who take medication, especially blood thinners, diabetes medicines, immunosuppressants or hormone therapy, or who have a history of hormone-sensitive conditions or kidney disease, should check with their doctor first.
